The ‘Geobrand’, which collectively refers to the geological characteristics and scenery of the Mudeungsan area geopark and the characteristics of various cultural resources formed by it, is an important factor for the sustainable development together with the local residents of the Mudeungsan area.
  • Geo-Farm

    Geo-Farm is

    Products such as special products produced by local residents in the park and small processed foods produced by utilizing them.
    • It contributes to the income of local residents by utilizing UNESCO's World Geopark brand for competitive specialized crops.
    • In order to secure distribution channels, POSCO E&C operates promotion booths for geological park network events to promote products.
    • We are seeking to vitalize the local economy by cooperating with Geo Food and Geoshop operated by Geo-Partner.

    • The crops produced by local residents of Geogok-dong are sold directly to consumers at the Dongju branch of Gwangju National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (located in Seokgok-dong, Gwangju) in Mudeungsan Province.

    • It is a project to develop and produce food contents by utilizing the characteristics of the local culture and the businesses in which residents work and to distribute food contents to restaurants operated by Geo-Partner to provide unique local food for visitors with the opportunity to generate income.
    • We collect various ideas and develop food contents through contests for the Geodood Recipe and distribute them to restaurants operated by Geo Partners, providing tourists with new food and opportunities to generate income in the region.

    Geo-Gift is

    Geoshift is a creative souvenir designed by extracting unique motifs from the geological features, shapes and attributes of the world's major geographical parks, and is a lifestyle product that can be easily used in everyday life.

    Geoshift is a project to promote key geological features and increase village income by developing unique souvenirs in the area.

    • Based on the geological features of Mudeung Geo Park, the company effectively promotes Geography Park by producing souvenirs to celebrate the importance and value of the park.
